De La Espada acknowledges 7 Enoteca in Spotlight 95 – The Next 12 Months, Contract Project and Recent Press
Located in the quaint village of Old Oakville just outside Toronto, this 50 seat eatery was created by Brayan Stoyanov of design studio, Stoyanov. Inspired by an evening in the Villa Lysis on the Island of Capri, the interior takes you to the coast of Napoli not just in atmosphere and design but in the flavours of the food. Built into the basement of the Town’s historic post office, vaulted marmorino ceilings envelop the guests as they dine from the comfort of custom designed bar stools and tables, and Matthew Hilton’s Fin Dining Chair and Colombo Dining Armchair. Leathered marble bar tops bring back the feel of century-old weathered stone while the wood burning oven offers the senses complete fulfillment.
